Volunteers are serving across the state in a variety of ways
Serve in Western NC at one of our 5 rebuild centers: East Flat Rock, Swannanoa, Burnsville, Spruce Pine and Boone.
Each rebuild center houses and feeds volunteers as they help homeowners affected by Hurricane Helene.
Hurricane Florence affected approximately 100,000 homes across North Carolina, creating a need for both immediate disaster relief and long-term rebuilding efforts. Baptists on Mission responded by providing meals, housing volunteers and helping families repair and rebuild their homes.
Churches across North Carolina are meeting needs in their communities and serving others in Jesus’ name. Your church can be part of it.
Red Springs Mission Camp is a 52,000 square foot facility operated by BOM. The facility can house up to 200 mission volunteers. The purpose of the Mission Camp is to provide a place where volunteers (men, women and youth) can use their God-given skills to rebuild homes and touch lives in the name of Christ. This facility is also one of our main locations for storing disaster relief supplies and materials.
The goal of the Shelby Mission Camp is to involve churches (men, women and youth) in missions. As we serve together, using our God given skills, God will open doors for many spiritual needs to be met.
The goal of the Charity Mission Camp is to Glorify God by involving churches and Christians in meeting human needs in Jesus’ name. Our Rose Hill facility can house up to 200 volunteers and offers a variety of ways that you can be involved in missions.
Opportunities for medical and dental personnel to be involved with Baptists on Mission include International mission trips, the Mobile Dental Ministry, and the Mobile Health Screening Ministry.
