Driver & Host Team

INTEREST FORM

The driver/host teams are responsible for taking the mobile units from Cary, N.C. to the church or other organization that is sponsoring a FREE clinic. The driver/host team sets up the bus and equipment in preparation for the medical and dental volunteers. The sponsoring church/organization enlists volunteers from their church and community. The driver/host team remains with the mobile unit throughout the outreach clinic and returns the mobile unit back to Cary.

Basic qualifications for the driver:

Christian with a servant heart
Has or is willing to obtain CDL license (DENTAL ONLY)
At least 21 years of age.
A mechanical aptitude

We are continually seeking compassionate and skilled dental & Medical professionals to join our team of volunteers. Your expertise can make a tremendous difference in the lives of individuals and families who might not otherwise have access to dental care or basic health screenings.

We are a faith-based ministry, we ask that all volunteers agree to honor and follow our Statement of Faith while serving with any of our medical or dental buses and clinics.

1. Choose a date to serve
2. Cost: $500 to cover supplies used for patient testing for that day
3. Provide medical & non-medical volunteers from your church
4. Register your group by Aug 31 to receive a free parking pass
