A list of Rocky Mountain Partnership projects for 2026 is available for your prayerful consideration! See instructions below, and, check back often as projects are added as we receive them!

2. Once you have reviewed the list, pray about which project(s) you might want to respond to.
3. Contact Mark Abernathy (mabernathy@ncbaptist.org ; 919-459-5607) to express interest and get contact information.
4. You will be put in direct contact with the project requestor to ask any and all questions.
5. If, after conversation, you and the requestor feel it is a good match, set a date with them for your team’s service, and let Mark Abernathy know.
6. You will be sent instructions for securing the project (from the list below) on behalf of your team by registering as team leader.
Each year, Baptists on Mission sends teams to serve at our sister Baptist camps in Wyoming and New Mexico. Cook team members enjoy getting to meet the campers and the camp staff, and are needed throughout the summer. Maintenance teams are also needed for a variety of tasks in the spring, to get camp ready, and in the fall, to winterize. Teams are housed, and take their meals at the camp. These teams render a tremendous service to these Baptist camps, helping to make it affordable for children to attend and hear of the love of Christ.
In most years, there are a number of construction projects that experienced teams are needed for in the Rocky Mountain region. Many times, this involves either new construction, or renovations of a sanctuary, educational space, or parsonage.
Other projects involve teams assisting a church or church plant in reaching out to their community through Vacation Bible School, backyard Bible clubs, block parties, or some other creative way to share the gospel message.
